Xifeng county job fair offers over 5,000 positions

Xifeng county held a special job fair at Shizijie Square on March 1, providing a platform for job seekers and employers to connect.

More than 50 enterprises from within and outside the county participated in the event, offering over 5,000 job opportunities across the chemical, energy, manufacturing, and domestic services industries.

Positions were designed to meet the needs of job seekers from different age groups, skill levels, and educational backgrounds, aiming to provide broader and more precise employment opportunities.

The fair attracted large crowds of job seekers who carefully read recruitment brochures at company booths, communicated with recruiters, and learned about job responsibilities, salaries, and career development prospects. Company representatives engaged with applicants, patiently answering questions and introducing their companies' strengths and development opportunities.

"Being face-to-face allows us to communicate directly with job seekers, improving both recruitment efficiency and the accuracy of job matching," said a recruitment representative from Dezhirun New Material Technology Co.

Liu, a woman in her 40s who attended the fair, was glad to find a suitable domestic service job close to home, saying, "It's great to find a job right here without having to travel to big cities for work. I hope more events like this will be held in the future."
