Guiyang bureau of human resources and social security recently provided professional guidance and resource-matching services for young entrepreneurs such as college graduates, returnees and newcomers to help them start businesses in Guiyang's rural areas, as well as enterprises that have settled in as business incubators and other entrepreneurial carriers.

The bureau has invited over 10 experts in the areas of big data, sci-tech achievement commercialization, and investment and financing to provide guidance for startups.

Guizhou Shuwo Technology Co mainly engages in big data and AI applications. Although the team led by its director, Yang Chaoran, possesses a certain level of technical capability, the company has long been constrained in its development by issues such as how to truly transform AI technology into replicable and scalable industry applications, as well as challenges related to financial structure design, financing logic, legal compliance risks, and other concerns.

The bureau coordinated with experts from Guizhou University's Public Big Data Laboratory to assist in sorting out the company's business model and refining its commercial approach. It also connected the enterprise with the management of Guangzhou Boruick Capital Holdings Co to provide professional financial and legal consulting services.

"Through two rounds of guidance, we have gained a more professional understanding of capital, finance, and legal matters, which has prepared us for financing and expanding our markets," Yang said.
