A bonded grain processing facility in the Guiyang Free Trade Zone – in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – recently started operating, reportedly becoming the largest one of its kind in the region.
The Guiyang Free Trade Zone (FTZ) in Southwest China's Guizhou province held a signing ceremony for investment projects on June 5, according to Guiyang FTZ officials.
This project plans to build a big comprehensive service platform focusing on cross-border shops and combining tariff-free warehouses, clearance services, logistics and transportation, supply chain finance, business credit investigation and talent training.
It's estimated that this project will take three years to form an intelligent portable equipment manufacturing base producing, for instance, intelligent bracelets and watches.
This project will be divided into two stages.
Benefiting from the Guiyang Free Trade Zone's unique policy and industrial advantages, on the basis of a cross-border tariff-free import model and Guigang direct intelligent logistics projects, this project will copy the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone's related policies and build a cross-border tariff-free exhibition and trade center which combines enterprises and operates online and offline at the same time.
With the support of the Guiyang Free Trade Zone, this project features intelligent toy manufacturing.
This project sets a goal of "innovation, entrepreneurship and excellence".
