The ApexCross Craft Toy Smart Factory will begin production in June in Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ), representing the largest toy processing enterprise of its kind in Guizhou province.
Spanning 6,000 square meters, the factory utilizes intelligent production equipment. The factory's first phase is already complete, with a projected monthly capacity of 600,000 sets once production kicks off.
By the end of this year, the factory expects to operate 20 production lines, boosting annual capacity to 72 million sets. In overseas markets, where the average retail price is $50 per set, the factory is projected to generate $3.6 billion in annual overseas sales, fueling local foreign trade and real-economy growth.
As a source manufacturer, the factory will utilize its proprietary production capacity to offer local direct-sourcing services for overseas buyers and retailers. ApexCross has already opened nearly 200 TikTok Shops in the United States, achieving average daily sales of over 60,000 orders.
Through its 2,000-square-meter cross-border e-commerce training base, the company has partnered with the Guiyang National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone to launch the ApexCross one person company (OPC) community.
This initiative is set to support over 200 OPC entrepreneurs while empowering the AIGC creative field, forming an industrial ecosystem that integrates creative R&D, manufacturing, and cross-border entrepreneurship.
