A job fair for college graduates, young talent, and skilled personnel in key industries was recently held as part of the 14th Guizhou Talent Expo at Guizhou University of Finance and Economics and Guizhou Equipment Manufacturing Polytechnic.
Eight enterprises from the Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ) participated in the event, offering 95 job positions, including general manager assistant, technical project leader, process technician, and international trade specialist.
Representatives from the enterprises engaged with job seekers, explaining job responsibilities, skill requirements, salary and benefits, career progression, and corporate development plans. Their booths received over 300 consultations from job seekers, collected nearly 90 resumes, and reached initial employment intentions with more than 30 people.
Guiyang FTZ focused on key industry sectors, including aerospace, equipment manufacturing, and agricultural product processing, to meet the needs of college graduates, young talent, and skilled workers.
