The 4th "Zhuqi Yangfan" seminar on overseas expansion for enterprises in Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area was held on April 24 in Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ), focusing on the pain points enterprises face when going global and fostering dialogue on shared development and cooperation.
Before the seminar, enterprise representatives visited three major open platforms in Guiyang FTZ: the Guizhou High-Quality Products Global Selection and Cultivation Center, the China (Guiyang) Used Car Export Base, and the Guizhou International Cargo Collection and Consolidation Center, gaining a detailed look at Guiyang FTZ's infrastructure, supply chain, and export milestones.
The Guiyang Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce detailed recent key initiatives during the seminar to promote corporate expansion abroad, as Guiyang FTZ officials provided an in-depth interpretation of special functional zones and policies designed to support exporting enterprises.
Representatives from the Thai-Guizhou Chamber of Commerce shared insights on the resources and advantages of the Southeast Asian market regarding konjac, matcha, bamboo products, and ecological foods.
Guizong Supply Chain Company used case studies to explain how comprehensive foreign trade services help companies go global by simplifying logistics and compliance, and the Guiyang branch of China Citic Bank promoted customized cross-border financial service solutions for enterprises.
During the exchange session, participants discussed channel expansion, logistics and transportation, financial security, and policy alignment.
