China (Guiyang) Used Car Export Base in the Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ) has been designated a five-star export base following a review by industry experts.
The review, led by the Used Car Export Council of China Auto Dealers Chamber of Commerce (CADCC), focused on the base's operational excellence and service infrastructure. Operated by Guiyang Silu Auto Technology Co, the base was praised for its professional standards and comprehensive industrial facilities.
In accordance with the "Specifications for the Construction of Used Car Export Bases," the experts evaluated the base using reports, site inspections, and data verification. They assessed key indicators, including functions, service capabilities, and industrial supporting facilities. The review team commended the base's professional, standardized operations and confirmed that all indicators met the five-star criteria.
In just over two years, the base has exported more than 3,800 used cars, totaling 550 million yuan ($79.18 million) in export value.
