To help more enterprises expand their overseas presence, the Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ) and Xiuwen county co-hosted a training session for enterprises involved in foreign trade on June 3, with 22 companies participating.
The Guiyang FTZ bureau of commerce learned about the various difficulties encountered by Xiuwen enterprises in expanding abroad and provided targeted information about duty refund policies, customs special supervision area policies, the functions of foreign trade comprehensive service platforms, and cross-border e-commerce operations.
The training session also provided business guidance related to overseas orders, foreign exchange settlements, and international logistics, addressing the specific needs of enterprises.
Zhou Hong, deputy head of Xiuwen county, said that this training session provides a platform for Xiuwen's foreign trade enterprises to develop their international trade capabilities.
Participating enterprises are encouraged to expand overseas and create innovative products. Utilizing the government-established service platforms, both government and enterprises are committed to promoting the high-quality development of export-oriented economy.
In the future, Guiyang FTZ will continue to enhance coordination with various regions in Guiyang and Gui'an. By selecting excellent Guizhou products and supporting foreign trade enterprises, efforts will be made to improve foreign trade service platforms, support the development of the foreign trade industry, and provide assistance to enterprises, thereby helping enterprises seize the opportunities brought about by going global.
