The bureau of finance of the Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ) has been striving to provide companies with targeted preferential policies.
It is committed to building a service chain to familiarize companies with policies. It is also striving to identify company demands, and optimize its business environment, thus providing better financial services.
The bureau regularly visits companies to learn about business operations, identify demands, and promote policies and regulations. Since April, it has held discussions on funding and supply chain cooperation, assisting local companies in purchasing raw materials worth more than 1.8 million yuan ($248,689.96).
According to company demands, the bureau has been promoting policies on finance, taxation and procurement while also collecting suggestions from companies.
By forwarding financing demands to multiple banks such as Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, and Bank of Guizhou, it secured loans totaling 13 million yuan for three companies.
By innovating service awareness and improving service models, the bureau has established a comprehensive financial service system and enhanced the "platform + fund + guarantee + product" financial service model.
It also strengthened collaboration with departments such as the Guizhou branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and the Guizhou branch of the People's Bank of China to provide VIP services for companies.
