The Guiyang Free Trade Zone has formed a planned layout of "one core, five parks, three centers". "One core" is the net core zone, "five parks" refers to an international medicine park, an international advanced equipment manufacturing park, a cross-border e-commerce industrial park, the Switzerland (Guizhou) Industrial Demonstration Park and a modern logistics park. "Three centers" means a demonstration trade center, a big data innovation center, and an advanced service center.
Currently, Hanergy and other advanced manufacturing enterprises such as Guizhou Esgyn, Guizhou Xiao-i Robots, Guizhou Yuandongchengxin as well as big data enterprises have settled down in the zone. Benefiting from the free trade zone's function and policy advantages, and opportunities arising from approval of Guiyang's construction of a cross-border e-commerce integrated experimental zone, the free trade zone will build a cross-border e-commerce public supervision warehouse and a tariff-free commodities demonstration and exhibition center and develop the "global purchasing" brand, combine exhibitions, trade and capital functions, form an "exhibitions at front and trade at back" approach and an online and offline marketing logistics system and build a cross-border e-commerce assembling zone with Guiyang characteristics.
