The bureau of commerce of Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ) has addressed the concerns and difficulties experienced by resident enterprises.
In order to jumpstart used car exports in Guiyang, the bureau collaborated with municipal departments to tackle difficulties related to registration, customs clearance, and tax refunds.
A platform was established for used car export services and enlisted third-party enterprises to provide such services. They also established the China (Guiyang) used car export base, which exported 588 used cars throughout 2023.
The bureau accelerated the construction of open channels and platforms, explored overseas markets, expanded the scale of foreign trade, and organized enterprises to participate in various trade fairs and exhibitions.
Relying on the supporting policies and geographical advantages of Guiyang FTZ, the bureau helped export-oriented enterprises expand their overseas markets and addressed practical issues raised by enterprises related to taxation, financing, and factory premises.
