Gao Sheng, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ), led a team to attract investment in Shenzhen and other places in South China's Guangdong province from Dec 21 to 22.
The main officials from the zone's investment promotion bureau also participated in the activities.
The team visited industry associations, medical equipment manufacturers, biotechnology companies, and panoramic imaging industry enterprises.
During the visit, the team was introduced to the research and development, production and operation, core technologies, and industry competitive advantages of each enterprise.
In regard to different industries, Gao focused on promoting the advantages of the Guiyang FTZ in terms of function, channels, trade, industrial integration, and policies.
During the team's communication with the enterprises, Gao said that the Guiyang FTZ is focusing on open channels and bonded business formats. He stated that it is striving to deepen cooperation with Guangdong in foreign trade, production and research, service trade, and cross-border e-commerce.
The Guiyang FTZ will provide quality services, coordinate and resolve project difficulties, and provide a favorable business environment to enterprises in order to enhance investment and development.
