To promote talent exchange and further enhance the integration of industry and talent cultivation, representatives of the Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ) visited Guizhou University of Finance and Economics to attend a symposium on Dec 13.
During the symposium, Wang Zhiliang, director of the admissions and employment office at Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, provided a detailed overview of the university's development and the direction of its programs.
Representatives of the Guiyang FTZ shared information on the zone's practical training programs for foreign trade talents, as well as the zone's achievements in scientific and technological innovation and financial innovation.
Both parties discussed strategic cooperative agreements in areas such as talent recruitment and training, as well as the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.
Some representatives of companies that operate out of the Guiyang FTZ were also present at the symposium. They introduced their companies as well as open positions that were available, ranging from foreign trade salespeople to overseas social media operation specialists. More than 100 job vacancies were advertised at the event.
