Guizhou Yuanhai Land Port Development Co, a collaboration between China COSCO Shipping Group, Guizhou Rail Investment Group, and the Guiyang Free Trade Zone, was officially launched and began operations in Guiyang on Dec 14.
On the same day, the company introduced a comprehensive supply chain product called "Qianlianda" and launched its first sea-rail intermodal transportation operation.
Relying on the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, Qianlianda is an integrated supply chain producer covering all logistical steps. It offers one-stop and convenient services such as real-time inquiries, instant booking, self-service documentation, and online settlement.
Guo Hua, assistant general manager of Guizhou Rail Investment Group, explained that with Qianlianda, Guizhou's goods can be shipped with a single bill of lading and a single container, effectively reaching designated locations worldwide upon arrival at the Guiyang International Land Port. It can currently reach 148 countries and over 580 cities.
Zhang Wei, director of China COSCO Shipping Holding Co, said that the company hopes to optimize land-sea resources through the development of more convenient sea-land transport channels and attract open resources from both within and outside Guizhou province.
The company hopes to enhance cooperation among enterprises in the industrial chain and promote the high-quality operation and development of the Guiyang International Land Port.
