Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ) has taken the "immersive" smart taxation model as a strong approach to optimize the business environment, significantly boosting the confidence of enterprises within the zone and creating a "strong magnetic field" for investment attraction.
The FTZ has abolished traditional tax service windows and introduced the first "6C" level family-style zero-distance tax service zone in Guizhou. By integrating the "no window, no counter, no distance" approach with a smart taxation model of "self-service, guidance service, assistance service," over 80 percent of tax-related matters can be resolved in one visit.
Within this intelligent taxation framework, taxpayers now prefer online, offline, and mobile tax services as their primary options. The comprehensive efficiency of tax filing and payment within the FTZ has seen a notable 50 percent increase. This has resulted in a reduction of the time needed for company registration from 0.5 working days to instantaneous completion, markedly enhancing the convenience of streamlined business cancellations.
Guiyang FTZ has provided tailor-made services to more than 100 companies, assisting over 200 taxpayers and fee payers with resolving over 300 issues online.
