Since the start of the year, the Guiyang Free Trade Zone – located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – has been improving its talent teams, talent policies, talent platforms and talent services to reserve more than 10,000 new personnel by 2025.
In the future, the Guiyang FTZ will organize or participate in at least eight talent attraction activities, provide no less than 3,000 job positions and attract no less than 1,000 people every year.
It will attract at least two high-level innovation and entrepreneurship teams and at least 30 talent involved in advanced equipment manufacturing, big data electronics information manufacturing and basic materials every year.
By 2025, the Guiyang FTZ aims to apply for one national key lab or national technology innovation center, three provincial platforms for talent bases and technology innovation centers, and 12 municipal talent platforms.
It will help develop at least 20 high-tech companies, boost cooperation with universities and establish a cooperation platform with sci-tech research institutions, companies and innovation centers.
Focusing on its talent services, the Guiyang FTZ will aim to improve the ability of its talent service teams, innovate talent service modes, provide talent services at the government affairs service hall and construct 1,000 talent apartments by 2025.
