A raft of workshops with a floor space of 832,500 square meters planned for the Guiyang Free Trade Zone – located in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – recently acquired construction permits and will soon start construction.
The workshops will be constructed in five stages. To acquire the construction permits as soon as possible, the Guiyang FTZ and contractor Guiyang Industrial Development Holding designated special work teams to prepare the materials for the applications.
Meanwhile, the Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning and the Guiyang bureau of housing and urban-rural development accelerated the examination and approval process to save time. On the same day the construction drawings passed their review on June 30, the last three planned workshops for the Guiyang FTZ received construction permits.
Moving forward, the Guiyang FTZ will work with Guiyang Industrial Development Holding to guarantee the high-standard and high-efficiency construction of the workshops.
