The Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ) in Southwest China's Guizhou province is understood to be optimizing its investment service, in order for it to become a dynamic national industrial park and a hub with a high degree of opening-up of its economy to the outside world.
The zone now requires all the government affairs service departments to learn the latest policies and it will provide both online and on-site services for companies and projects, to help them save time and costs.
The Guiyang FTZ will also create consultation areas, self-service areas and interactive service areas. It will also establish featured service areas, compliant reception areas and activity areas at government affairs service halls, to bridge the distance between applicants and the service windows.
In addition, the zone will explore developing a service system that includes investment marketing, business registrations and business operations – and provide one-on-one service for each company relying on the online service platform.
