Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ) in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently issued a notice to take the opportunity to learn from the successful reform experience of China's other free trade zones.
According to the notice, Guiyang FTZ can take the following experience as references: customs reservation platforms, intelligent guide service for the declaration of import and export commodities, individualized tax record files, online cross-regional tax services, optimization of tax procedures, self-declaration of company names, optimization of license application services, credit repair system for business owners, remote confirm service for stock right transfer, and return center for cross-border e-commerce.
The experience is expected to create a convenient environment in Guiyang FTZ for trading, lower the operation costs for companies, optimize the management systems of trade, investment and finance, enhance Guiyang FTZ's opening-up, and make Guiyang FTZ's business environment more market-oriented, international, and legal.
