An investment promotion delegation from Guiyang visited Shanghai on Oct 16, to help projects that are locating to the Guiyang Free Trade Zone – located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
The delegation, led by Guiyang vice-mayor Liu Lan, first went to EWE Group Co Ltd where they learned about the company's development history and its project in the zone.
Liu spoke highly of the group and pledged the zone and its departments would provide efficient services to speed up the implementation of the project.
The delegation then visited Shanghai Guojin Network Co Ltd, where the vice-mayor was given details of its bulk metals trading project. The delegates also held a meeting with Shanghai Guojin Metallic Material Co Ltd and Shanghai International Port (Group) Co Ltd.
Liu said the zone would roll out further measures to improve the confidence of companies investing there.
