A delegation from the Guiyang Free Trade Zone – located in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – visited Beijing on June 15-16, on a mission to attract investment to the region.
Yao Feiyang, deputy director of the administrative committee of the Guiyang FTZ, led the delegation. Officials from the Guiyang Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and Guiyang Venture Capital Co Ltd also participated in the visit.
On the first day, the delegation visited a key enterprise in Beijing, where discussions were held about future cooperation in new energy and high-tech terminal projects.
The following day, delegation members visited CAS Investment Management Co Ltd, to discuss cooperation projects in new materials and new energy. Representatives exchanged views on overall plans in detail.
Moving forwards, the Guiyang FTZ reportedly plans to follow up the progress of the projects and continue to invite more high-quality projects to locate in the zone, to increase the proportion of the industrial real economy based there.
