Luan Yan, secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Guiyang Free Trade Zone (FTZ) - located in Southwest China's Guizhou province - visited CRRC Guiyang Vehicle Co on Dec 22, to investigate its production and operation conditions.
During the visit, the person in charge of CRRC Guiyang Vehicle Co introduced the company's development and plans. Taking advantage of existing land and facilities, the company will strengthen cooperation with the zone in terms of logistics and manufacturing.
Luan expressed his gratitude to the company for its contribution in promoting the economic and social development of the zone. He also went through the zone's development goals during the 14th Five Year Plan (2021-25) period.
In recent years, CRRC Guiyang Vehicle Co has continuously increased investment in intelligent upgrading and transformation. As an important manufacturing and repair base for railway freight cars in Southwest China, it has the ability to repair 12,000 railway freight cars and manufacture 3,000 general and special railway vehicles annually.
