The taxation bureau of the Guiyang Free Trade Zone – located in Southwest China's Guizhou province – is now providing delivery services for taxpayers, sending tax-related documents including invoices and vouchers during the resumption of work and production, according to Guiyang FTZ officials.
The taxation bureau, together with the government affairs service center of Guiyang FTZ, has delivered hundreds of tax-related documents through the express mail service for 68 taxpayers who applied for online tax services since February.
The taxation bureau is delivering the invoices to places designated by the taxpayers, through the express mail service, after they fil; in the invoice information and pay their taxes on the website of Guizhou Provincial Electronic Taxation Bureau (https://etax.guizhou.chinatax.gov.cn/xxmh/html/index.html).
As for those who are not able to apply tax services online, the taxation bureau uses the express mail service to receive and pass back tax-related documents to solve their problems.
Officials said that the non-contact tax services not only reduce the risk of the spread of the novel coronavirus, but also help shorten the waiting time for locals to deal with tax business.
They said this has greatly improved the efficiency of tax services during the fight against the coronavirus outbreak.
