Guizhou Far-East Integrity Management Co Ltd was founded in April 2017. On March 30, 2019, it passed the blockchain filing application approved by the Cyberspace Administration of China and became the first successful blockchain enterprise in Guizhou Province.
The "identity chain" is an innovative product of Guiyang meant to integrate the national network of trusted companies with the infrastructure for digital governance. Relying on a set of domestically-owned and self-controllable original underlying agreements, the company built a trusted identity platform for political, civil, and inclusive finance fields.
In late 2017, the company was recommended for its successful trusted identity application by the Cyberspace Administration of China by virtue of its identity chain, which was the one of 16 applications focused on poverty alleviation and rural issues.
