New commercial block opens in Yunyan

The Fangzhouhui commercial block opened on the riverbank of Yunyan district's Future Ark on Aug 19.

According to Li Huiping, a representative of Fangzhouhui, the block adopted a categorized investment recruitment approach for scattered riverside storefronts and large idle properties, revitalizing about 46,000 square meters of underutilized commercial space. To date, 95 percent of the leasing work has been completed, with 46 merchants settled in.
