Yunyan Economic Development Zone has attracted 76 digital‑data enterprises with more than 3,000 employees since its establishment. A complete industrial chain, ranging from basic data annotation to high-level cognitive output, has taken shape, making it a key provincial hub for embodied‑intelligence resources.
In April, the Guizhou Provincial Innovation Center for Embodied Intelligence settled in the zone, developing diverse "AI+" application scenarios and forming a closed‑loop development ecosystem featuring technology implementation, industrial empowerment, and ecosystem agglomeration.
While consolidating its fundamental data infrastructure, the zone has also seized opportunities in the high‑end sectors of embodied intelligence. Jinglianwen Technology in the zone focuses on the imperative training needs of humanoid and service robots, delving into the R&D of high‑order multimodal data, driving intelligent agents to evolve from "perceiving what they see" to "learning and interacting".
The zone allocates 10 million yuan ($1.48 million) annually as special-purpose funds for the digital industry and deepens university-government cooperation for targeted talent cultivation. It will continue to open urban scenarios across the zone, delivering high‑quality support for corporate R&D, testing, and technological iteration.
