The national market scale of micro short dramas and comic dramas is expected to reach 120 billion yuan ($17.68 billion) in 2026. This huge market potential has driven 24 data annotation enterprises in the industrial park to expand their production capacity.
To fill talent gaps, the park has joined hands with more than 20 universities across the province, hosting 12 offline recruitment campaigns over six weeks, attracting more than 2,000 young talents, with an average age under 25.

"We have already connected the industrial links of data collection, cleaning, and labeling," said a Yunyan representative. "We will focus on building infrastructure for data element circulation and trusted data spaces, boost high-quality dataset trading, and complete the entire industrial chain."
