High-end hotel brand settles in Yunyan

The National Leading Private Enterprise Bolstering Guizhou's High-quality Development Conference & 2024 Guizhou Entrepreneurs Development Conference took place on Oct 18 in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

During the event, Yunyan district signed a cooperation agreement with Guizhou Yubai Hotel Management Co.

The company plans to introduce the Beijing Presidential Hotel brand to Yunyan by constructing the Guizhou–Guiyang Presidential Hotel.

The hotel's main building, which will have a total construction area of over 21,700 square meters, will have 21 floors, be designed to near five-star standards, and feature approximately 300 guest rooms. It will also offer amenities such as an infinity pool, a sky garden, a children's play area, a gym, a theater, Chinese and Western restaurants, conference centers, and entertainment centers.

Moving forward, Yunyan will actively establish a project task force for the hotel project led by district leaders. They will organize and coordinate relevant departments to assess and address potential issues in the project implementation phase, aiming to resolve any challenges and ensure a smooth process.
