Symposium discusses development of Yunyan's HR industry

The Yunyan district human resources industry development symposium was held in Yunyan district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Oct 17, hosted by the Yunyan district human resources and social security bureau and the Yunyan district talent service center.

During the event, various participating enterprises and units engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics such as the integration of the HR industry with big data and artificial intelligence, developing new quality productive forces, and establishing a public HR service system to explore new avenues for promoting the transformation and upgrading of HR enterprises.

Guizhou AisensI Enterprise Management Co, Guizhou Beidouxing Law Firm, and Guizhou Gongjiangxing Technology Co signed on-site agreements on three cooperation projects focusing on the standardized management of labor employment in enterprises, the development of artificial intelligence platforms for daily HR management in enterprises, and the joint establishment of legal departments for labor law training.

Moving forward, the Yunyan district human resources and social security bureau will establish a service platform for the innovative development of HR services and project cooperation negotiations.

This initiative aims to drive the high-quality development of the regional HR industry and build a high-quality public HR service system.
