Qianlingshan Park proves to be a summer hit

As the peak summer travel season approaches, Qianlingshan Park in Yunyan district, Guiyang, has seen a surge in visitors drawn to its cool weather and rich natural landscapes.

"The air is fresh and cool here, Guiyang is a great place to escape the summer heat," remarked Wang Yuwei, a tourist from Guangdong.

Qianlingshan Park not only offers a refreshing retreat for visitors from all directions but also provides a diverse range of recreational activities and rich tourism experiences.

Amidst the mountains and waters, visitors have the chance to enjoy the fragrant scent of flower seas, engage in close encounters with playful macaques, and witness the adorable antics of fluffy giant pandas.

Since the start of July, the free-to-enter Giant Panda Pavilion has seen a 30 percent to 40 percent increase in daily footfall.

"The park is free, making it worth a visit. Seeing the two giant pandas and the agile macaques brings so much joy to the visitors," shared Lin Yi, a tourist from Hunan.

The park currently sees an average of around 60,000 visitors per day, with numbers surpassing 70,000 on weekends when the weather is favorable. The busiest times are around 11 am and 3 pm.
