Yunyan fosters favorable business environment

Yunyan district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, is committed to creating a top-notch business environment and proactively assisting enterprises in overcoming development bottlenecks.

Over the past year, a total of 157 new industrial projects were introduced in the district, with actual investment reaching 10.1 billion yuan ($1.39 billion).

To further refine and implement efforts to enhance the business environment, in 2023, Yunyan issued the "business environment optimization and enhancement plan".

In serving enterprises, the district has maximized process efficiency, reduced time constraints, and enhanced overall productivity to ensure that newly introduced projects can be swiftly implemented, constructed, and put into operation.

As a result, 17 "15-minute government service circles" have been established, allowing for convenient and efficient services and enabling businesses to handle various government affairs nearby and in one location.

At the building enterprise service micro-government service station in Dongmao Center in Yunyan, companies within the building benefit from personalized "concierge-style" services.

At this service station, staff members provide consultation and coordination services, assistance with procedures, provide guidance on operations, integrated services for new businesses, and information on beneficial policies, offering a comprehensive range of government services.

Currently, such service stations have been established in Zhongjian Building and Dongmao Center, effectively assisting enterprises with tasks such as address changes, food operation permits, and individual business registration licenses.
