Following meticulous refurbishment, this old industrial site will once again greet the public, emerging as a new landmark for cultural tourism in Guiyang.
Established in 1950, the Guizhou Xinhua Printing Factory was once a large State-owned printing enterprise in Guizhou, primarily engaged in book and periodical printing. With the passage of time, the original factory buildings became abandoned industrial relics.
The current renovation project aims to preserve and utilize the existing industrial space while integrating new functions that meet the demands of contemporary development.
This transformation project will encompass spaces such as the 1950 Square, Wutong Avenue, urban exhibition halls, and cultural spaces, offering locals a completely new experience that combines dining, entertainment, leisure, shopping, and recreation.
