Yunyan organizes vocational experience for college students

Yunyan district in Guiyang recently organized a vocational experience for college students, in conjunction with Guiyang Vocational and Technical College.

During the event, 30 college students from the college visited Guizhou Shubo Wanda Plaza Business Management Co in the district to gain more experience of its working and entrepreneurial environment.

The organizers also invited company leaders and human resources managers to explain the business operations, talent needs, and development prospects of the company.

Through a series of detailed discussions, they addressed the students' queries about work and entrepreneurship, and offered career development advice, igniting the students' enthusiasm for finding work in the district and setting up their own businesses.

The students were also given the opportunity to conduct on-the-spot interviews. The company provided feedback and guidance on their resumes and interview performances, helping them enhance their skills.

Since the beginning of this year, Yunyan has been focusing on promoting employment opportunities for college and university graduates.
