New basketball arena in Yunyan opens to public

The inauguration ceremony of the Guizhou AUF & AB Basketball Arena was held on Oct 29 in Yunyan district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The Guizhou AUF & AB Basketball Arena project is an investment project in Yunyan this year.

It has been four months since the official groundbreaking of the venue in June, and it has received a total of 40 million yuan ($5.48 million) in investment.

The venue is divided into indoor and outdoor courts, with one indoor professional team training court, two standard indoor basketball courts, and one outdoor aerial basketball court open to the public.

It will further improve sports services in the "15-minute life circle" of Dayingpo, providing affordable, convenient, and high-quality sports options for surrounding residents.

Citizens can enjoy a discounted price of 9.9 yuan per person for one-time entry.
