Workshops of Sanma industrial park in Yunyan finish construction

The six workshops in the second phase of the Sanma industrial park in Yunyan district, Guiyang have recently been completed.

Located next to Puyang Road, Huayun Road, and the extended section of Jinyang Avenue, the second phase of the Sanma industrial park consists of six workshops and one supporting apartment building, covering a total area of 84,900 square meters.

The project cost a total of 537 million yuan ($73.77 million) to build.

Each of the six workshops is equipped with two fireproof staircases, cargo elevators, and passenger elevators. The ground surface is covered with epoxy resin floor paint, and each workshop is divided into various rooms and areas, including production workshops, restrooms, break areas, offices, and changing rooms.

In addition, there are 155 parking spaces in both above-ground and underground parking lots.

The supporting apartment building is currently undergoing interior decoration. The 10-story building includes a supermarket and a canteen on the first to third floors, while the fourth floor and up serve as dormitories.

The 126 apartment units have all been completed to high standards, ensuring a move-in-ready experience once the building is finished.
