Guoke Ecological Agriculture Development Group recently set up operations in Yunyan district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
"We set up operations in Yunyan district after attending an investment promotion event. It took less than two months for us to be up and running in the district, which is very fast," said Luo Shuanggui, the company's chairman.
Established in 2018, the company uses natural mineral water and zinc-selenium organic tea for the innovation, research and deep processing of zinc-selenium food and beverages.
The company's production base is located in Fenggang, Zunyi, which is known as the home of organic tea in China and is rich in zinc and selenium.
"Yunyan, as the core area of Guiyang, the provincial capital, boasts strong transportation infrastructure and a dense population, making it suitable for the future development of the company," Luo added.
When asked about the difficulties the company encountered when setting up operations in the district, Luo said, "There were basically no difficulties. Dedicated personnel were assigned to provide one-on-one guidance to us on things such as industrial and information registration procedures and tax declaration processes. This gave us a positive impression of services in the district."
