Water park opens in Yunyan

A parent-child water park at "Hawaii Town" in Yunyan district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, opened on July 15, providing a new option for summer outings and family entertainment for locals and visitors alike.

Covering 15,000 square meters, the park combines a parent-child water park, an urban camping ground, and dining replete with various forms of entertainment. It is the only Hawaiian-style water park for parents and children in Guizhou with a 2,300-square-meter beach.

Five categories of 20 types of entertainment projects are offered in the town, allowing locals and tourists to feel the "ocean atmosphere" without having to travel far.

Also, a specialty dining area has been set up, with 28 restaurants to ensure visitors not only have a great time but also get to enjoy delicious food.

In addition, the town will hold various special events, including dance performances every weekend during the summer vacation, regular children's sports competitions from Monday to Friday, as well as beach volleyball exhibitions and domestic and international car shows held on weekends.
