Firms flock to Yunyan for building investment conference

Over 100 domestic businesses, institutions, and commercial associations attended the building investment promotion conference held at Guiyang No 1 Building in Yunyan district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on June 16.

Yang Xionggang, deputy Party secretary of Yunyan district, gave a key presentation, and Cai Jiali, deputy head of Yunyan district, chaired the conference.

Xia Hongjun, vice-general manager of Chifon Group, introduced the Guiyang No 1 Building project, such as its property advantages and preferential policies.

Representatives from eight companies and organizations signed cooperation agreements to settle in Guiyang No 1 Building.

Located at No 2 Zhonghua Middle Road, Guiyang No 1 Building boasts a superior location advantage. It also represents the most important upgrade of the commercial core of the city's large cross-business district.

The project covers 200,000 square meters and consists of The One Shopping Center, president-level executive suites, shared offices, and a 5A-level office building, to serve as a landmark project that is well-integrated at the urban level.
