The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on building platforms for government-university-enterprise cooperation, smoothing the employment channels for talent, and empowering local economic development.
Wang Qian, deputy Party secretary and head of Yunyan, said that Yunyan has a friendly environment for employment and entrepreneurship, high-quality public services, complete supporting conditions for living, and low living costs, making it an ideal place for talent.
It is hoped that the two sides will establish a closer strategic cooperative relationship, build an industrial talent training base, and jointly promote cooperation in education and training, technology research and development, and industrial end, Wang added.
Duan Di, Party secretary of Guizhou College of Electronic Science and Technology, said that the college will further meet the needs of employers, seek to cultivate mid-to-high-end talent, improve education methods, and aid in local development.
Some participating companies stated their hope that a robust government-university-enterprise cooperation mechanism will be established for personnel training, technical support, and the commercialization of scientific research results in order to solve problems related to enterprise talent introduction and employment difficulties as well as to help college graduates find employment and engage in entrepreneurship.
