During the recently-concluded Spring Festival holiday, the consumption in Yunyan district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, experienced a strong recovery.
The sales prices of daily necessities remained mainly stable, with small fluctuations in both directions.
The five key commercial and retail enterprises in the district achieved sales of 40.21 million yuan ($5.95 million), a year-on-year increase of 2.79 percent, while the eight key commercial and catering enterprises in the district achieved a turnover of 1.37 million yuan.
