Yunyan's administrative service center sets up bilingual service window

The administrative service center of Yunyan district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently opened a bilingual service window to further optimize its business environment and deepen reforms to streamline administrative procedures and delegate power, improve regulations and upgrade services.

In order to increase the satisfaction of foreign taxpayers, Yunyan's administrative service center has established a bilingual service window service team.

Through team self-study, group study and more, the English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities of service personnel have been improved.

A special window in the comprehensive acceptance service window has also been set up to provide consulting services for foreigners.

In addition, when foreigners visit the service center, personnel will guide them to the bilingual service window.
