Industrial development zone in Yunyan commences second-phase construction

Construction of the second phase of the Sanma industrial concentrated development area in Yunyan district started on Jan 16. The district is located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The Sanma industrial concentrated development zone is located in the core area of the integrated development of Guiyang and Guian New Area.

The zone has a net land area of 1,337 mu (89.13 hectares), with a strategic location, convenient transportation, complete supporting facilities, and huge development potential. It will focus on the development of the electronic information industry.

The second phase of the project covers an area of 53 mu with a total investment of 450 million yuan ($70.9 million) and plans to build a standardized workshop of 73,000 square meters.

The first phase of the project, which started construction in 2021, has completed most of the construction tasks and welcomed the first batch of enterprises to settle in such as Guizhou Yongji Printing Co and Guizhou Liuweilan Food Company.
