Yunyan sees 253,600 visits during New Year holiday

During the 2022 New Year's Day holiday on Jan 1-3, the Yunyan district bureau of culture, sports, broadcasting and TV, and tourism organized various cultural and sports activities to enrich people's lives, injecting strong momentum into the building of a city suitable for travel.

Yunyan district is located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

According to preliminary calculations, Yunyan received 253,600 visits during the three-day holiday, a year-on-year increase of 27.59 percent, and total tourism revenue was about 210 million yuan ($33 million), a year-on-year increase of 25.17 percent.
