Yunyan schools promote waste management

Recently in Guiyang No 7 Middle School (Ruibei Campus), about 200 people from the education system of Yunyan district, public, private primary and secondary schools, and kindergartens participated in waste managementtraining.

Yunyan district is located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

So far, more than 80 public primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Yunyan have completed the establishment of demonstration schools for domestic waste management.

The first batch of the 18 demonstration schools includes Yunyan District Experimental Primary School, Yunyan District Second Experimental Primary School, Guiyang Shijiyuan Primary School, Guiyang No 17 Middle School, Guiyang No 19 Middle School, Yunyan District No 1 Kindergarten, and Yunyan District No 6 Kindergarten.

All the schools in the district will spread the knowledge of waste management to students and faculty by means of speeches, theme class meetings, posters, leaflets, and broadcasting.
