Yunyan introduces new hotel brand

Yunyan district signed an investment promotion agreement on the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, commercial supporting facilities, and operation and management projects with Jinmao Southwest Enterprise Management (Chongqing) Co on Sept 27.

The agreement was signed at the 2021 Guizhou Promotion Conference for the Culture and Tourism Industry, an important event of the International Conference of Mountain Tourism and Outdoor Sports and the 16th Guizhou Tourism Industry Development Conference on Sept 26-28.

According to the agreement, the project will introduce the Ritz-Carlton hotel brand or the luxury hotel brand. The construction area will be at least 42,000 square meters.

After the project is completed, it will help Yunyan accelerate the industrialization of tourism and promote the high-quality development of Yunyan's economy.

Jinmao Southwest Enterprise Management (Chongqing) Co is a platform company in the real estate and hotel sector of Sinochem Corporation. It is involved in real estate project planning, development, and construction, and is experienced in commercial hotels and residential and industrial property development.
