Yunyan stages promotions in Xi'an, Hohhot

The Yunyan district of Guiyang – capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – staged promotions for its cultural and tourism resources in the city of Xi'an in Northwest China's Shaanxi province and in Hohhot city in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region on July 20-22.

At the events, Yunyan set up an exhibition area to showcase its handicrafts, food, hand-made tourist products, tourist routes and promotional materials.

Travel agencies and some of its top hotels were also featured.

Meanwhile, municipal government officials gave presentations on Yunyan, talking about its tourism hot spots and great local tourism products.

They also invited people to visit relatives and friends in Yunyan, take summer vacations and start up businesses there.

In addition, the Yunyan District Culture, Sports, Radio, Film and Tourism Bureau signed a preliminary cooperation agreement with Guizhou Airports Group Co and China Express Airlines to promote Yunyan tourism products. Plans are to conduct in-depth research into specific areas.
