Yunyan district improves government affairs services

The government affairs service hall of Yunyan district in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has implemented a raft of measures to improve its services for the district's companies and residents.

It has combined online and offline services, allowing residents to handle affairs at intelligent machines under the guidance and help of staff members.

The hall attached great importance to improving staff members' service capabilities, offering training for workers in all departments and explaining various businesses in detail.

It has also streamlined administrative examination and approval procedures, allowing people to complete service tasks conveniently in one visit.

The hall has entrusted a third-party evaluation and consulting company to evaluate the accuracy of its handling of public service matters.

Currently, 90 percent of matters can be handled online in the district, while more than 80 percent can be conducted at one window in the hall. All administrative examination and approval affairs can be done online.
