Yunyan treasury centralized payment realizes digital management

The national treasury centralized payment of Yunyan district in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has achieved digital management, according to news from Yunyan's bureau of finance. 

The treasury centralized payment is a significant component of finance management reform and an important management method for government payments. 

The district gradually included all of the financial funds and budget units under the digital management of treasury centralized payment to ensure the financial fund's security. 

The bureau has created an implementation plan and interim measures to better carry out digital reform of treasury centralized payment. It has also kept in close communication with the People's Bank of China, correspondent banks and software companies to solve electronic payment problems.

Pilot work was also carried out to learn more about the standard payment process. The bureau also arranged training for all staff who engage in financial work, ensuring that digital management treasury centralized payment was realized within the timeframe set out by Guizhou's provincial government.
