Yunyan inks deal with tech firm to boost civil service

Yunyan district in Guiyang – capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – has reached an agreement with a local technology company to improve its people's civil and social services. 

Officials said the district administration and Guizhou Tongcuncun Technology Development Ltd Co will together explore using big data to streamline its civil services.

Officials at the signing ceremony on July 3, said that Yunyan – as a core area of Guiyang – boasts a favorable geographic position, a strong economy and has broad market prospects.

They said the district will work closely with Tongcuncun for an early launch of the project.

Luo Yongan, chairman of Tongcuncun, said the company attached great importance to the cooperation with Yunyan and will do its best  –  including setting out a blueprint plan for its headquarter economy – to boost the district's high-quality growth.
