Yunyan, property giant reach consensus for deeper exchanges

Yunyan district in Guiyang, in Southwest China's Guizhou province, reached agreement with the Shanghai-headquartered Seazen Holdings Co Ltd for more practical cooperation and deeper exchanges at a meeting held in the property conglomerate's office on Nov 5. 

Yunyan attaches great importance to cooperation with Seazen and district officials said they hoped the company continues its support of the district's development and that the two sides will turn cooperation into practical achievements, said Wang Qian, Yunyan district mayor, during the meeting.

The government official also put forward requirements for detailed working plans, high quality and the development of elite projects, in an effort to stimulate medium and high-end consumption and promote the high-quality development of Yunyan's economy. 

He called for service improvements in relevant departments in Yunyan by increasing follow-ups, speed, efficiency and quality to complete projects more quickly. 

Seazen will take full advantage of its strengths to step up cooperation and communication with Yunyan government, complete construction goals with high quality, and facilitate Yunyan's high-quality development, Wang Luming, vice-president of Seazen, told the meeting.
